Do you ship tickets outside of the UK?
We do ship tickets internationally. Since TrustedTickets lists tickets from thousands of ticket sellers, the countries to which we ship are set by the ticket sellers individually. Please search for the event you would like to attend and then click the "view" button. You will usually find many tickets available. Click the "buy" button to view the list of countries to which the ticket seller ships. The countries are listed in the drop-down box next to "deliver to." If you do not see your country on this list, click the "back" button in your browser and select tickets from a different seller. Most tickets are not available until a few days before the event. In some instances, especially with football tickets, local pickup might be the only delivery method available. If tickets cannot be delivered via regular mail, the ticket seller will contact you directly to make local pickup arrangements at your hotel, the venue, or any other public location.

Why is the price on the ticket different from what I have paid?
We are a ticket marketplace. Ticket sellers worldwide list and resell tickets they previously purchased from other sources. Consequently, the face value on your ticket (the original purchase price) is usually different from the price you paid on our site. Ticket sellers price tickets at their own discretion. As a result, the prices of tickets sold through our Web site are usually either above or below their face value.

The practice of selling tickets above or below their face value is the norm across all ticket marketplaces, among which our prices are usually cheaper. Please note that about 40 percent of resold tickets are sold below face value, according to a 2007 report from Forrester Research.

I think I received the wrong tickets. What should I do?
If you think you received the wrong tickets, it is possible that you received alternate tickets. Alternate tickets are either equivalent or better than the original tickets requested for the same event at the same time. However, if your ticket is for a different event at a different time, you should contact us as soon as possible and let us know about the mistake. If you received the wrong tickets, we will make sure you are compensated for the inconvenience.
Can I cancel my order after I have placed it?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel the ticket order you placed through us. Please bear in mind that we are a ticket marketplace through which people across the world buy and sell event tickets. We have contracts with many companies and we cannot cancel orders once they have been sent to the ticket seller. There is one exception: if your event is canceled, you will receive a full refund.
Will I receive a refund if my event was canceled?
Unfortunately, sometimes a performer or a promoter has to cancel an event. Or, you might have purchased tickets to a sporting event that was never played. If you purchased tickets to an event that will not take place, the ticket seller will refund you the ticket price you paid (minus applicable shipping charges). If you already have a set of tickets in hand when the event cancellation is announced, the ticket seller may require you to return the tickets before issuing a refund. Upon returning the tickets, you will be refunded for the canceled event - guaranteed.
If my event is canceled, when will I receive my refund?.
Typically, you will see the refunded credited to your account in approximately 5-7 business days. (The actual time span of this waiting period depends on the individual policies of your credit card company.)
I just want to buy one ticket, but I can only buy 2 or more?.
Ticket sellers often choose to sell tickets in quantities that will prevent them from having one ticket left over, since it is hard to sell single tickets. Tickets for on our Web site can only be purchased in the quantities available from the drop down menu provided in the ticket grouping.
Can I buy tickets from multiple listings at the same time?
Tickets listed in different rows on our site are from different sellers. If you would like to purchase tickets from multiple rows, your card will be charged separately for each transaction. You will also be charged two shipping fees.
I want to buy tickets for a group but there is no listing with enough tickets.
